Guidelines and Instructions for Charitable Contribution Request

Thank you for inquiring about a charitable contribution for your organization from Scott Clark Honda. Please understand that we receive hundreds of requests annually, and although we will take your request very seriously, we cannot contribute to everyone.

INSTRUCTIONS

• All requests must be submitted using the Scott Clark Honda online Charitable Contribution Request Form.
• Please fill out the form in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be considered for assistance.
• A maximum of one donation per calendar year per company may be fulfilled.
• Contributions and / or sponsorships are not automatically renewed or assumed. Each submission is evaluated on a first-time basis and will not be approved based upon prior year's participation.
• Requests must be received at least 8 weeks prior to the event/donation for a decision.
• You will be notified by e-mail whether we approve or decline your request.
• No telephone calls please. We will contact you via e-mail or telephone if we have any questions and with our decision.
• If you are granted a charitable donation or sponsorship, your organization will be required to submit a W-9 tax form.

ELIGIBILITY

We are unable to support organizations in the following categories:

• Individuals (Shows, scholarships, fellowships, stipends, memorials or personal assistance).
• Travel related events including student trips or tours.
• Lobbying, political or fraternal activities.
• For-profit ventures.
• Study, research or travel grants.
• Other categories that do not fit into our philanthropic guidelines.
