Customer Experience, Best, Excellent, Services RatingHonda introduced a few new concepts to the market in 2016, keeping the automotive company at the top of the list in terms of innovation and reliability. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, take a closer look at some of these 2016 models.

Honda CR-V

This crossover is the perfect option for buyers who want the versatility of an SUV but aren’t willing to compromise on good fuel efficiency. The CR-V has 37.2 cubic feet of cargo space, but if you need even more room back there, simply pull the levers mounted in the trunk.  The spring-loaded rear seats fold flat, giving you almost double the amount of space.

Standard equipment includes Bluetooth connectivity, a rearview camera, and Pandora internet radio capability, while available upgrades include a sunroof, heated front seats, navigation, and leather upholstery. You can also choose the top trim to get lane departure warning, forward collision mitigation with automatic emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control.

Honda Odyssey

When you’re in the market for a family vehicle, it’s tough to compete with a minivan. The Honda Odyssey has it all, from spacious seating in both the second and third rows to upscale safety and tech features. It also ranks competitively with other minivans in terms of fuel economy.

Even the base model comes standard with an 8-inch infotainment display screen, a rearview camera, rear privacy glass, and two-zone air conditioning to keep the rear passengers comfortable as well. Moving up to the mid-level trim tacks on an especially appealing feature to a lot of parents, an integrated vacuum cleaner that allows you to suck up crumbs as soon as spills inevitably occur.

Honda Civic

Honda launched a fully redesigned Civic in 2016, showcasing a more upscale and edgy exterior along with premium interior features. It’s also appealing to commuters and drivers who want to save on fuel. You’ll find something new under the hood as well, a 2.0-liter four cylinder engine that produces 174 horsepower. It replaces a 1.8-liter unit that wasn’t nearly as powerful.

Available comfort features include dual-zone automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, leather upholstery, and heated front and rear seats. You also get a Civic with the Honda Sensing safety package, which adds forward collision alert with automatic braking, lane departure warning and intervention, and adaptive cruise control.

Honda HR-V

The newest model in the Honda lineup is the HR-V, an entry-level subcompact crossover SUV. It doesn’t feel as small as it looks, giving you more flexibility for transporting cargo while keeping the great gas mileage. It also has Honda’s unique “Magic Seat,” a configurable component that makes it easier to put something long or bulky in the back. It’s also very affordable, so the HR-V is a nice option for students or first-time car buyers on a budget.

With so many options available from Honda, you can easily find the 2016 model that fits your needs.
