HondaLink®: New Feature on 2015 Hondas at Mint Hill area Honda

Honda, Logo, Car There is an upgraded feature available on select 2014 and newer models at Mint Hill area Honda to help you stay connected: HondaLink®. Available for new 2015 Honda vehicles (and a few 2014 models), HondaLink® keeps you connected to your favorite online features while on the road. By connecting quickly and easily to your smartphone, the internet is readily accessible in your Honda. Social media accessibility, stream your favorite music, and more. Depending on your Honda, there are two versions of HondaLink® available at this time—the First Generation and Next Generation.

What is HondaLink®?

First Generation allows your compatible smartphone to connect seamlessly to all your favorite sites on the internet. First Generation is available in select Honda Accords, Crosstours, and more at your Mint Hill area Honda. Accord Plug-In and Fit EV owners get a bonus EV app. With this app, you can check your battery levels, locate charging stations, and preset your interior climate.

While First Generation gives you in-car access to your favorite spots, Next Generation gives you more mobility. The Next Generation provides all the benefits from First Generation, but it adds access to HondaLink when you are not inside the Honda. Next Generation is available in select Honda Civics, CR-Vs and Fits. With the upgraded Next Generation, you will get a 7-inch touchscreen, and convenient steering wheel controls. There are four downloadable apps available, including a personalized Aha, HondaLink® Traffic, and Navigation.
